Fields of activity

Florian Stinner works in the team of building automation in the field of control strategies in buildings and data modeling and storing of actual and future energy systems. The focus of his work is the connection between different analysis approaches. The actual and stored measured data in mind, he want to link them with simulations and innovative control strategies.

CV

Florian Stinner studied Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering with mayors in energy technology and operations research as well as information systems at RWTH Aachen. During his study he worked in different projects in the field of climate protection and energy monitoring. Since 2016, he works as research associate at the Institute for Energy Efficient Buildings and Indoor Climate in the field of building automation, especially control strategies and big data modelling.
